Our Return Policy
Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of shipment. Items that have been opened or altered from their original packaging are not eligible for return.

Due to health and safety, the following products are final sale and not eligible for return:

Cleansing Balm
Anker Balm
Aromatherapy Perfume Rollers
Room & Linen Mist

 

Return Process
To request a return, email contact@strandhavn.co with your order number.

Once approved, a prepaid return label will be provided. Please ship your return within 7 days of receiving the label.

Once your return shipment reaches us, please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions detailed above, it may be denied and the item(s) will be sent back to you.

Once your return has been approved and processed you will be issued a refund to the original form of payment and a refund confirmation email will be sent to you. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
